Subject Panels promote teacher effectiveness in their subjects by way of organising workshops, seminars, and the writing of textual materials. Altogether there are eleven Subject Panels. These are in Agricultural Science, Basic Science, Basic Science and Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Studies, Home Economics, Mathematics, Physical & Health Education, Physics, and Technology Education. Each Subject Panel has a Chair and a Secretary duly elected at an Annual General Meeting holding during the Annual Conference.
