The Governing Council on behalf of the Annual General Meeting is responsible for:
- The approval of the programme of the Association;
- the custody of the properties of the Association;
- ratification of all financial transactions.
The Governing Council comprises:
- The Trustees
- The National Executive Board Members
- The Chairs of State Branches
- The Chairs of Subject Panels
